What is AccountEdge Connect?

AccountEdge Connect is our optional cloud add-on that allows users to perform key functions from any web-enabled device and sync back to AccountEdge Pro.

New Web Pay Option

*NEW* You asked, we listened. There is a new option for those using Web Pay to let your customers pay you online without them needing to create a Web Pay account. Now, the Pay Now button will direct your customers to Web Pay where they can only see and pay that single invoice.

Sending Open Invoice Reminders

*NEW* Need to email your customers a list of open invoices directly from their contact record? Now you can. If you take advantage of Web Pay, your customers will also receive a Pay Now button where they can log in to pay off their open invoices.

*NEW* Let us help you customize your sales and purchase PDFs in AccountEdge Connect. Add and position your company name and logo. Change the font and font styles as well as choose a color scheme to make a statement.

Restricting User Access to Transactions

*NEW* The AccountEdge Connect admin now has the option to restrict users from viewing certain transactions. Once enabled, a user will only be able to see transactions that they have created or where they are the salesperson.
